My paintings are about connections and moments, the things that make up our everyday lives. I paint what I see and feel and often it’s not about the big picture but a look or a colour because thats what I take away with me from any experience. As I have said in my Instagram feed (Creativeatplay) watercolour brings me to my happy place, I am always aspirational and have a suite of heros I follow and learn from. I picked up a paint brush in 2014, have completed a number of short courses and workshops, I have no idea where this adventure will take me, but its a wonderful journey, I have been selling my work through social media, commissions and shows and every sale is a sharing of passion and delight. |
