I am a mature multi disciplinary artist working in wet and dry media with a professional background in design and illustration .

With a lifetime's daily meditation practice I bring to my personal art a sense of being in the moment, whether painting poppies slowly shedding their richly hued petals or drawing a model in morning light, all pass through that moment of connection and flow.
