Cameron Evans is a Visual Art Teacher at Parkville College in Melbourne, where he teaches some of most vulnerable young people in Victoria. Cameron is passionate about the transformative potentials of art practice and is inspired daily by the artworks created by his students. Prior to working as a Visual Art Teacher, Cameron worked as a Visual Merchandiser for six years and travelled extensively. Throughout these travels, his love and respect for nature deepened. This love and respect for nature, particularily the animal kingdom, is what Cameron aims to convey through his artwork. In so doing, he hopes to encourage others to develop kind and conserving relations with species which share our world. |
